Five capstone projects from the CodeEasy AI Engineer program — each one a production-shaped AI application built end to end by trainees over the 12-week cohort. Demo videos below.
The capstones
Each project below was scoped, built and shipped by cohort trainees during Phase 04 of the program. Video walkthroughs are being recorded for demo day — check back soon.
An AI-assisted platform that matches blood donors to urgent requests in real time — parsing hospital requests, ranking eligible donors by proximity and blood type, and automating outreach so no request goes unanswered.
A unified service-request hub with an AI agent front door — triaging incoming requests, routing them to the right queue, and answering common questions instantly instead of waiting on a human first.
A retrieval-augmented assistant that helps citizens discover the government schemes they actually qualify for — asking a few plain-language questions and matching them against a vector store of scheme eligibility rules.
An AI-assisted payment reconciliation flow that ties disbursement records to confirmations automatically, flags mismatches for review, and cuts down the manual cross-checking that payment ops teams do by hand.
A voice AI agent that places outbound calls, follows a conversational script with real-time branching, and logs structured outcomes back to a CRM — built to handle reminders, confirmations and lead follow-up without a human dialer.
How these get built
Every capstone follows the same arc: spec it, build it, ship it, defend it in front of an audience. Full curriculum detail is on the AI Training page.
Trainees define a real problem, choose the right AI pattern — RAG, agent, voice pipeline — and set up a production-shaped repo before writing the first line.
Two weeks to build the working slice and deploy it, with founder review on architecture, cost and reliability along the way.
Trainees present their capstone live to an audience of founders and hiring managers, then walk straight into mock interviews built around the project they just shipped.
